- The college prepares a detailed academic calendar at the beginning of every academic year and all activities are carried out while strictly adhering to the same.
- A one-day long Orientation Program for newly admitted students is conducted at the beginning of every academic year. The students are familiarized with the syllabus, rules and regulations of the college, examination system, facilities available etc.
- At the beginning of every new academic year, a “Walk to Library” program is organized by the departments to inculcate amongst the students the habit of reading and to expose them to the learning resources of the central library of the college.
- A fair examination process is in place and the marks of each internal examination for each course secured by the students are displayed on the Departmental notice boards. The answer scripts are shown to the students and are encouraged to clarify doubts, if any. Moreover, if any student fares poorly in any internal examination, he/she is given a second chance for betterment
2 Administrative :
- The Principal regularly holds separate interactions with all the students, teachers and non-teaching staff to take their feedback on the problems faced in the institution.
- The college maintains a ragging free campus. Utmost care is taken to make the newly admitted students at home right from the beginning of the academic session. The Grievance Redressal and anti-ragging committee conducts awareness programs from time to time.
- The students and alumni are part of various decision making bodies of the college. They have representatives in important bodies like IQAC, RUSA Committee etc.
- The college encourages “Green practices” inside the college campus. The college has been declared a “NO PLASTIC” zone.
- The college also strictly maintains a “NO TOBACCO” policy in its campus.
- Most of the college employees and teachers are assigned various government duties like participation in Election duties, NRC duties, Gunatsav duties etc.

- A multi-gym has been set up for the benefit of the students and teachers.
- Annually a free health check up camp is organized for the benefit of all.
